All of our products are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
Unless otherwise specified, we ship our product via USPS Priority Mail. Once processed by the USPS, please expect your package within 2-3 business days. We will e-mail you with your package’s tracking information as soon as it has shipped.
S’more Bakery is not responsible for unclaimed, undelivered, delayed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, weather delays, or other general delays caused by the USPS or any other mail carrier we use for specific orders.
We do not offer international shipping just yet. But soon!
All of our products are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless in their original, unopened packaging. We will issue a refund if a customer is unsatisfied with an order. Please note that return shipping fees fall to the customer.
While we take great pride in packaging our products for shipment, we have no control over what happens once packages leave our hands. If a package is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will do our very best to remedy the situation.
